I was trying to figure out how many minutes before the exact moment of the New Moon all of these two 6.9 Richter Chile Earthquakes happened, but it looks more like about 12 hours due to there being two earthquakes we're talking about and only one exact moment. That's 12 hours before the exact moment and WELL within the November New Moon Window:

AND now that I just went and looked this up, here is one that struck very close to that exact moment, although it shook somewhere else that might not be connected but it could be:
4.8 271km W of Neiafu, Tonga 2015-11-11 11:47:30 Central Time
Looks sort of like it was hardly one minute off there. The exact moment was 11:48 and this one shook at 11:47 and a few seconds which I could actually go and check the difference between them for the number of seconds, but for now let's just say one minute before the exact moment for that one there.
So, I went and checked and found out that with regards to the TWO 6.9 Richters Chile Earthquakes and we've been sort of watching that region of Antofagasta which was only a few miles to the north, with regards to that alert the two 6.9's struck on Day 43 after landfall of Typhoon Dujuan at Taiwan! Now the other one in that series was the 7.7 Afghanistan that I might have mentioned I'd usually expect to strike after Chile, but also should mention that Chile has shook before on the full/new moon!!! That being quite a lot of Earthquake Energy released, I think we should now start watching much farther north towards Arica, Chile, and Lima Peru and I'll have both of those informations on Fridays "Earthquake Minute"
Speaking of Quebec, and I did speak of it there on last weeks show, there was also a 2.1 that struck just a mile or two from Downtown Quebec! Here's that report with just one city, but 7 reports and of course that city it none other than:
